Goals
Scope: Concept and Detailed Design of New CIP System (3 skids). Technical Procurement and C&Q Supported Services (FAT, C&Q Documentation Preparation and Site Start-Up Support).
Procurement: Prepared RFQ for CIP skids and completed Technical and Commercial Bid Analysis
C&Q: Developed all C&Q Documentation (DQ, CCA, IQ/OQ, Cleaning Validation Protocols).
Site Assistance: Provision of Site assistance for the integration of the new CIP skids into the existing CIP distribution system and verification of Cleaning validation Cycles.
